Australian Student Visa Funds Calculator
You need to have enough money that is genuinely available to you to pay for your tuition fees, travel and living costs for you and your accompanying family members while you are in Australia.
Where you need to provide evidence of your financial capacity, you will be able to show this by providing one of the followings:
- 12 months of funds option:
- Provide evidence of ownership of funds to cover travel to Australia and 12 months living, tuition and (for school aged children dependants) schooling costs for the student and accompanying family members
- If you are coming to Australia for a short course for at least 6 months in duration, you will only need to show evidence of funds for the intended period of stay.
- Annual income option:
- Provide evidence that you meet the minimum annual income requirement.
